Role Overview

We are looking for a Content & Copywriter to take end-to-end work of our web content, messaging, and multi-channel copywriting. This is a hands-on role: you will generate the ideas, map out themes, and build the editorial calendar - while also writing the copy, drafting marketing emails, and managing regular website updates.

Core Responsibilities

1. Editorial Planning

• Content Calendar & Themes: Plan and manage a rolling calendar with weekly/monthly themes aligned with business and product goals.
• Cross-Team Sourcing: Proactively interview teammates to extract raw insights and turn them into compelling narratives.
• Website Optimization: Audit site pages regularly to identify messaging gaps, outdated content, and opportunities to improve user journeys.

2. Hands-On Writing & Website Updates

• Web Copywriting: Write clear, high-converting copy for core web pages, landing pages, feature announcements, and blog posts.
• Regular Updates: Own the weekly and monthly site updates directly in our CMS, keeping messaging accurate and fresh.
• Email Marketing: Write engaging newsletters, automated nurture sequences, and product announcement emails.
• GTM & General Copy: Support go-to-market launches with promotional copy, campaign assets, and one-pagers as needed.

Key Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or editorial writing.
• Proven Strategy + Execution Balance: Track record of both planning content roadmaps and writing/publishing the final copy.
• Multi-Format Range: Ability to write sharp headlines, structured web pages, and conversational email copy.
• Basic AISO/SEO Knowledge: Comfortable integrating keywords, search intent, and metadata naturally into copy.
• Website Analytics & Management: Understanding of web analytics to manage site performance, improve time-on-site, and optimize high-performing pages, alongside experience in hands-on website management.
