Role Description

We are looking for a qualified CPA to join our Audit Department in Netanya.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a professional, young, and collaborative environment, manage audit processes for a diverse portfolio of private companies across various industries, and gain broad exposure to meaningful accounting, financial, and tax-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing audits of financial statements for private companies across a variety of industries
• Working closely and professionally with the firm’s clients throughout the audit process
• Reviewing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, reconciliations, and accounting balances
• Preparing working papers, audit documentation, and accounting analyses
• Handling accounting and tax-related issues
• Supporting financial and accounting processes in accordance with applicable accounting and auditing standards
• Working as part of a professional team in close collaboration with department managers and the firm’s partners

Qualifications

• CPA certification following completion of an accounting internship – mandatory
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in auditing private companies – mandatory
• Strong familiarity with financial statements, working papers, and audit processes
• Good proficiency in Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
