IT & Systems Associate

We are looking for an IT & Systems Associate with a global mindset and strong interpersonal skills to manage our enterprise software ecosystem, optimise business workflows, and drive technology adoption. Acting as the bridge between teams and IT, you will work closely with global stakeholders to understand their needs, adapt business platforms, oversee software license management, enforce role privileges, analyse system logs, and manage outsourced IT support, all while guiding the thoughtful, gradual adoption of AI tools into daily processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Needs & System Optimization:

-Understand and map operational needs across our international teams to maximise the use of existing systems.

-Translate insights into tailored workflows, integrations, and automations,

-Create clear documentation and deliver user training across our core platforms.

• Integrations & Log Review:

-Monitor cross-platform integrations.

-Analyse system and error logs to troubleshoot broken workflows, API/webhook failures, and data sync issues to ensure overall reliability.

• Practical AI Implementation: Support the wise, steady implementation of AI tools into daily business processes where they add real value.
• Support Governance, Procurement & Vendor Management:

-Oversee outsourced IT support vendors to ensure helpdesk tickets meet SLAs.

-Support the purchase of new software systems, based on business needs.

-Track contracts, manage licenses, and maintain the IT Vendor Register.

• User Enablement & Privilege Control:

-Manage license assignments, enforce privilege rules (RBAC),

-Oversee user lifecycle processes (provisioning joiners and deprovisioning leavers) through OKTA, according to SOX / IT audit requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Fluent English with a global mindset and excellent interpersonal skills to engage users and map needs deeply.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT systems analysis, process implementation, or System operations across multi-platform enterprise environments.
• Experience with platforms such as monday.com, integration tools (e.g., Make or similar), and reporting tools like Power BI is a strong plus.
• Strong background in managing system integrations, analysing error/system logs, software procurement, and managing license allocations and privileges.
• Experience managing outsourced IT support/tickets, identity lifecycle management,
• Practical AI tool integration.
