Premium & Luxury Showroom Manager – Fitness & Sports

We are looking for a Premium Showroom Manager to lead our high-end showroom in Bnei Brak, specializing in wellness, fitness and premium lifestyle products.

This is a hands-on, on-site commercial role in a field that is both professional and premium. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys being present on the showroom floor, working directly with customers, managing the full sales process and creating an exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the day-to-day operation and commercial performance of the showroom
• Be present on the showroom floor and personally handle customers throughout the sales process

·        Deliver a premium, highly personalized customer experience

• Lead the full sales process – from first contact to closing
• Build and maintain relationships with private clients, architects, interior designers and business partners

·        Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships

• Manage leads, follow-ups and ongoing client relationships
• Ensure the showroom consistently reflects the brand’s premium positioning and standards

What we’re looking for:

·        Proven experience in premium or luxury retail, showroom management or high-end consultative sales, with a genuine interest in wellness, fitness, health and premium lifestyle

• Strong sales orientation and the ability to build trust with demanding clients
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·        Proven experience managing, leading and motivating a sales team

• Independent, proactive and highly service-oriented
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to drive results
• Fluent Hebrew and good English
