Algorithms Team Leader - UNIQAI Systems
Join UNIQAI Systems, a startup developing AI-based planning and decision support solutions for the defense domain.
We are seeking a hands-on Algorithms Team Leader to lead a high-achieving team of 4 developers and play a pivotal role in shaping our future.
Core Technologies: Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL.
Additional Technologies: Microservices, OpenShift, Docker, Angular, GIS.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering.
- Seeking an active hands-on technical role combined with team leadership.
- Translated complex computational problems into elegant software solutions, leveraging classic algorithmic techniques (e.g., BFS/DFS, tree traversals) encapsulated in robust object-oriented classes.
- Willingness to undergo security clearance.
Location: Ramat Gan (Near BSR), 1 remote day per week.
