SIEM Integrator

🚨 We’re Hiring: SIEM Integration Specialist

QMasters is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced SIEM Integration Specialist to join us for a long-term role focused on the implementation, operation, integration, and continuous improvement of advanced security monitoring environments.

In this role, you will manage SIEM environments across multiple organizations and clients, collaborate with SOC teams and various technical stakeholders, and provide professional guidance throughout complex integration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Operate, maintain, and integrate SIEM platforms

✅ Lead SIEM implementation and onboarding projects for organizations and clients

✅ Develop detection rules, correlation rules, alerts, reports, and dashboards

✅ Investigate security incidents, analyze findings, and identify suspicious activity

✅ Perform log analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize alerts

✅ Collaborate closely with SOC teams and other technical stakeholders

✅ Develop integrations, interfaces, and automation processes

✅ Continuously improve monitoring, investigation, and incident response capabilities

✅ Work across system, network, cybersecurity, database, and cloud environments

Requirements:

✅ At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a SIEM Specialist or SIEM Integrator

✅ Proven experience implementing and integrating SIEM platforms

✅ At least 1 year of experience in System Administration or system environments

✅ Experience with monitoring, control, and cybersecurity solutions

✅ Strong understanding of operating systems, network architecture, and communication protocols

✅ Hands-on experience with Linux

✅ Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Azure environments

✅ Experience working with databases

✅ Knowledge of query languages such as AQL, JQL, and SQL

✅ Experience developing detection rules and analyzing logs and security events

✅ Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and maintain a broad system-level perspective

Significant Advantages:

✅ Hands-on experience with IBM QRadar

✅ Strong knowledge of Regular Expressions (Regex)
