Role Description

We are looking for a newly qualified CPA or a CPA at the beginning of their professional career to join our finance team in Netanya.

This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA who has recently completed their internship and is looking to take the next professional step into a broad, hands-on financial role.

The position offers exposure to the financial operations of multiple companies and clients, with the opportunity to develop practical experience across accounting, financial reporting, cash flow, revenue processes, and ongoing financial management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of financial statements and support of ongoing financial reporting processes
• Management and monitoring of Accounts Receivable (AR) and cash flow
• Involvement in payroll, employee stock options, and additional financial processes
• Management and monitoring of Revenue Cycle processes for clients and subsidiaries
• Ongoing coordination with external auditors and accounting firms, including support in the preparation of corporate tax reports
• Coordination with the bookkeeping team regarding monthly reporting to tax authorities, including Income Tax, VAT, and payroll-related filings
• Ongoing involvement in accounting activities, including customers, vendors, banks, reconciliations, and financial controls
• Supporting clients across a variety of accounting and financial matters

Qualifications

• CPA certification – mandatory
• Suitable for newly qualified CPAs or CPAs at the beginning of their career
• Completion of an accounting internship is sufficient; prior post-internship experience is not required
• Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm – an advantage
• Exposure to US GAAP – an advantage
• Exposure to SaaS / high-tech companies – an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Hands-on approach, strong learning ability, and willingness to take ownership
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and multitasking environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple interfaces and stakeholders
• High proficiency in written and spoken English
