Process Development Technologist

About the Role

The TAMAM Division within the Missiles & Space Group is seeking a Process Development Technologist to lead the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies for next-generation defense systems.

This role combines process innovation, manufacturing engineering, and technology transfer in a highly advanced production environment. You will play a key role in developing new production capabilities, establishing manufacturing lines, and supporting the transition of innovative technologies from R&D into production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop advanced manufacturing equipment and establish new production lines.
• Develop, optimize, and implement advanced manufacturing processes.
• Lead the technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing.
• Address and solve complex technological and manufacturing challenges.
• Work in a cleanroom environment while supporting high-precision manufacturing activities.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Physics – required.
• M.Sc. in Physics or a related field – significant advantage.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in the development of advanced manufacturing processes – required.
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment – advantage.
• Familiarity with vacuum systems – advantage.
