Relocation & Family Support Consultant

An Opportunity to Join the World of International Relocation

OCEAN is looking for a motivated and people-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills, a service mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow in the field of international relocation and family support.

No previous relocation experience is required. We will teach you the profession. We are looking for the right person.

🔑 What Does the Role Include?

• Supporting employees and their families throughout relocation and repatriation processes
• Coordinating with service providers and professional partners in Israel and abroad
• Assisting with housing, education, and settling-in arrangements
• Developing tailored solutions based on each family's unique needs
• Managing ongoing communication with clients and corporate customers
• Providing personal guidance and support throughout the relocation journey

🌟 What Is Important to Know?

Full Training Will Be Provided

During the first three months, the role will focus primarily on learning, mentoring, and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the relocation industry.

The training program includes:

• One-on-one guidance and mentorship
• Exposure to end-to-end relocation processes
• Hands-on experience working with real clients
• Development of consulting and family support skills

Requirements

• Fluent Hebrew and English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer-service orientation, empathy, and sensitivity to clients' needs
• Previous experience in customer service, human resources, recruitment, or relocation is an advantage but not required
