Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Growth Hacker at Binary Spirit. The Growth Hacker will design and run experiments to grow user engagement across Binary Spirit 3 step spiritual program, podcasts, content and events. Daily tasks include analyzing web and campaign performance data, testing conversion funnels, and optimizing landing pages and user journeys. The role involves collaborating with marketing and content teams to develop growth-focused campaigns, refining messaging, and identifying new channels for audience acquisition. The Growth Hacker will continuously measure results, report insights, and iterate on strategies to drive sustainable, data-informed growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Growth Hacking and Conversion Optimization skills, with experience designing, running, and interpreting growth experiments.
• Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to track performance, analyze user behavior, and inform decisions.
• Marketing and Marketing Strategy skills, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, and performance measurement.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with digital products or content platforms; familiarity with A/B testing and funnel optimization.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment.
• Comfort with mission-driven work focused on wellness, spirituality, or personal development is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
