About The Role
Insights Engineers are the spine of every Fireside engagement. You'll own the question from the moment a client brings it in to the moment we hand back the answer. Half strategist, half operator: you design the study, you steer the AI moderator, you read the signal, you present the story. You'll work alongside engineers building the platform and ship better methodology every quarter.
What you'll do
- Scope and design studies for brand and CPG clients - segmentation, concept tests, in-context fieldwork, lifecycle research
- Configure the AI moderator with your study's objectives, probes, and guardrails
- Synthesize quant + qual signal into decision-ready insights, not raw data dumps
- Present findings directly to insights leads, CMOs, and founders at our clients
- Feed methodology improvements back to the platform team
- 5+ years in consumer insights, qual research, or strategy consulting
- Track record running studies end-to-end for consumer brands (CPG, retail, or DTC)
- Strong synthesis skills - you can turn a thousand verbatims into one slide
- Comfortable presenting to senior client stakeholders
- Excited about AI changing how research gets done - not threatened by it
- Background in physical-product categories (food/bev, beauty, home, sports)
- Experience working with engineering teams on tooling
- Hebrew + English
