We are looking for a talented and motivated CPA to join our Finance team in a key role focused on financial reporting, technical accounting, and IFRS 17 implementation.

What you’ll do?

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards (mandatory: IFRS 17).
• Analyze and implement new accounting standards and assess their impact on the Company's financial reporting and operations.
• Prepare accounting position papers on complex technical accounting matters.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities
• Support and oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Provide professional accounting guidance and support to business units and finance teams across the organization.
• Participate in cross-functional financial and strategic projects.
• Analyze complex accounting issues, transactions, acquisitions, and business combinations in accordance with applicable reporting standards.

• What are we looking for?
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), following completion of an internship/articleship at one of the leading accounting firms (experience managing a team of 3-4 employees and/or experience in the insurance sector is an advantage).
• At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and hands-on implementation experience
• Experience in preparing financial statements and handling complex accounting matters (experience with Solvency II and insurance accounting is an advantage).
• Excellent command of Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems (SAP is an advantage).
