Technical Account Manager

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, helping them maximize the performance, reliability, and long-term value of their Ormat facilities. You will combine strong engineering expertise with relationship-building skills, working closely with clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues, provide guidance, deliver training, and identify opportunities for services, upgrades, and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Serve as the main technical contact for assigned client accounts.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
• Coordinate with engineering and field service teams.
• Deliver client training and technical presentations.
• Drive after-sales opportunities including services, upgrades, and spare parts.
• Help clients improve facility reliability and performance.
  
  

• B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of engineering experience in industrial, energy, or power generation environments.
• Strong technical understanding of complex systems.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and client accounts
