Quality Engineer Director – Engineering Department

A leading industrial technology company is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer Director to Lead Engineering Department and support complex multidisciplinary products throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Quality activities from design and development through integration, testing, manufacturing, and delivery.
• Work closely with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Integration, and Program teams.
• Conduct failure investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA, trend analysis, and lessons-learned processes.
• Identify systemic quality issues and drive measurable product and process improvements.
• Define and monitor Quality metrics, engineering controls, validation, inspection, and testing processes.
• Promote continuous improvement using data, automation, digital tools, and AI-based solutions.
• Support compliance with relevant Quality standards and customer requirements.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within a complex technological or industrial environment.
• Strong technical understanding of multidisciplinary products and engineering processes.
• Proven experience in root cause analysis, CAPA, process improvement, and cross-functional work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very good written and spoken English.

Significant Advantage

• Experience in Aerospace, Defense, Aviation, Space, or other complex multidisciplinary systems.
• CQE certification or formal education in Quality Engineering.
• Familiarity with Systems Engineering, environmental testing, and relevant Quality standards.
• Experience implementing analytics, automation, digitalization, or AI tools in Quality processes.
