Where You'll Make a Difference

• Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes through automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot operational issues related to automated systems and ensure alignment with engineering and design specifications.
• Integrate multidisciplinary technologies, including electrical systems, electronics, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and control systems.
• Support the design, programming, maintenance, and optimization of automation and control systems.
• Lead maintenance activities for site electrical systems, including preventive inspections and compliance-related requirements.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with relevant electrical, instrumentational and safety regulations.
• Manage instrumentation reliability and execute calibration programs to ensure operational accuracy and product quality.
• Analyze system performance data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Contribute to engineering projects supporting manufacturing growth, modernization, and operational excellence.
  
  

• Practical Engineer (Technician) qualification in Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Automation, or Software Engineering.
• Valid Chief Electrician License is required.
• Experience working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), including programming and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and control technologies.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, control, and instrumentation schematics.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus TCP, Profibus, and Ethernet.
• High level of English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.
• Flexibility to support operational needs outside standard working hours when required.
  
  

• Approximately five years of experience in a similar engineering or automation role within a process manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or biotechnology manufacturing operations.
