Responsibilities & Requirements

Coordinate building systems and services both digitally and on-site, within a 2D and 3D working environment.

Manage, guide, and coordinate consultants while documenting the coordination process in accordance with project schedules and requirements.

Serve as the professional focal point for engineering teams, clients, consultants, and contractors on all matters related to spatial systems coordination.

Coordinate all project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, designers, contractors, and engineering firms.

Work with Federated Models, identify clashes and spatial constraints, analyze issues, and drive design solutions across multiple disciplines.

Lead and participate in coordination meetings for projects in Israel and internationally.

Review drawings and models and provide professional feedback, particularly regarding space utilization, interfaces, and system coordination.

Verify alignment between design and execution and provide engineering support throughout the planning and construction phases.

Manage schedules, priorities, and risks, track tasks, and report progress.

Work closely with contractors and construction teams on a day-to-day basis.

Combine office-based work with regular site activities.

Qualifications

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to understand interfaces and resolve issues in a complex engineering environment.

Willingness to work in a demanding, dynamic, and highly interactive environment.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Proactive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Show Your Expertise

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Architecture.

Familiarity with the Autodesk software suite, particularly AutoCAD, Plant 3D, and Revit.

Experience working with BIM tools and model coordination; familiarity with Navisworks is a significant advantage.

High level of English proficiency, including reading, writing, and speaking.

Previous experience in a similar role involving systems coordination and/or model superposition (clash detection).

Experience in process industry design is an advantage.

Proven experience of at least two years working in a BIM environment and on multidisciplinary projects.

Familiarity with Intel project workflows and standards is a significant advantage.
