Product Operations Manager

At Lama AI, Product Operations owns customer implementations end-to-end. You’ll lead projects from kickoff to go-live: understanding client needs, designing workflow architectures, and building hands-on solutions on our platform. Supported by Product and R&D, you’ll ensure your solutions run successfully in production. This role is built for someone who loves going deep and building solutions from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Own Implementations End-to-End: Drive customer onboarding from kickoff to go-live, taking full accountability for successful outcomes.
• Master the Domain & Product: Build deep expertise in Lama’s platform and business lending to creatively solve comprehensive customer requirements.
• Configure Solutions Hands-On: Build workflows, rules, and integrations directly in the platform, converting feature requests into precise specs for Product and R&D.
• Lead Client Working Sessions: Serve as the trusted product lead on onboarding calls, requirement walkthroughs, and progress reviews.
• Manage Project Timelines: Keep multiple parallel implementations on track, proactively resolving blockers and escalating critical issues.

Requirements

• Deep Curiosity: A drive to understand how complex systems work and master a multifaceted product domain.
• Technical Aptitude: Hands-on experience configuring SaaS workflows, business rules, and data mappings-thinking like a builder with low-code and no-code platforms.
• Relevant Experience: 2+ years in Implementation, Product Operations, TAM, or Technical Project Management within Enterprises B2B SaaS.
• Client Communication: Strong, fluent English skills to credibly lead technical discussions with global clients.
• Project Execution: Strong organizational skills to manage parallel timelines and deliverables efficiently.
