What You'll DoIdentify, build, and grow strategic partnerships across Europe and other target markets.Develop relationships with payment providers, financial institutions, software platforms, affiliates, consultants, law firms, accounting firms, and other referral partners.Proactively source new partnership opportunities through networking, outreach, industry events, and conferences.Present Wittix's products and solutions to prospective partners and negotiate commercial agreements.Lead the partnership process from initial contact through onboarding and long-term relationship management.Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure smooth partner integration.Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within the fintech and payments ecosystem.Represent Wittix at international conferences, networking events, and partner meetings.Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve partnership and revenue targets.Prepare partnership proposals, commercial models, and business cases for management.Build long-term strategic relationships that generate sustainable business growth.
What We're Looking For4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales within fintech, payments, or professional services, with a proven track record of building relationships with payment networks, financial institutions, law firms, accounting firms, and other strategic referral partners.Proven experience building strategic B2B partnerships and consistently exceeding commercial targets.Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including acquiring, issuing, embedded finance, banking, or fintech solutions.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Fluent English (spoken and written).Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business opportunities and market trends.Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.Willingness to travel internationally for conferences, networking events, and partner meetings.
