Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and senior IT Manager to lead our company's technology function. This role oversees all IT infrastructure, systems, and security for our organization, while directly managing our Help Desk Support employee. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to evaluate, learn, and implement new systems and technologies as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all company IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud services, security)
• Directly manage and mentor the Help Desk Support employee, including setting priorities, reviewing performance, and ensuring quality end-user support
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, including AI-based tools, to improve efficiency and support business growth
• Evaluate, select, and lead the implementation (onboarding) of new systems and technologies across the organization, including planning migrations and minimizing business disruption
• Independently learn and master new systems, platforms, and tools as organizational needs evolve
• Manage the IT budget and control costs, including software licensing and vendor contracts
• Oversee information security, data backups, and disaster recovery planning
• Lead technology projects end-to-end (system implementations, upgrades, migrations)
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex technical issues beyond Help Desk scope
• Ensure compliance with relevant IT standards and data privacy regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure: servers, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP – advantage)
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools and administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD)
• Proficiency with Linux systems administration
• Familiarity with AI tools and their practical application in IT operations and business processes
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity and information security best practices
• High-level English
• Relevant degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar) – advantage
