What are we looking for?

✅ 3+ years of experience in Systems Analysis or Business Analysis

✅ Experience working with credit, lending, mortgages, or related financial processes

✅ Experience writing business and functional requirements documents

✅ Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

✅ Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders

⭐ Experience working with mortgage or loan systems - a significant advantage

⭐ Experience working with banking systems or financial institutions - an advantage

🎓 Relevant academic degree - an advantage
