Influencer Marketing Specialist - Spanish

THE ROLE

You will own creator discovery and outreach for Spanish-speaking markets: identifying, qualifying, contacting and tracking influencers and streamers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Kick and Twitch.

Working closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will build our creator pipeline, execute campaigns within an allocated market budget and established playbook, and report weekly on pipeline development and campaign performance.

KPIs

50+ new qualified creators added per week; ≥20% outreach response rate; 8–12 collaborations launched per month; campaign acquisition costs within market targets; 100% CRM completeness.

YOUR MARKET

Markets covered: Spain, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Peru.

Language: Native-level proficiency in Spanish, with the ability to write clear, neutral Spanish suitable for audiences across both LATAM and Spain.

Focus: Creator and streamer partnerships across Kick, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, particularly within gaming, Web3, sports, trading and lifestyle.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Research & sourcing — Build and maintain a qualified creator database for your market across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Kick and Twitch, focusing on gaming, Web3, sports, trading, entertainment and lifestyle creators.

• Media-kit analysis — Review creator media kits and analytics, including audience geography and demographics, engagement rates, views, follower growth and previous brand collaborations, and assess creators using our qualification framework.

• Outreach — Manage initial contact and follow-ups in Spanish and English across Instagram DM, email, Telegram and relevant creator platforms. Book calls and hand qualified opportunities to the Influencer Marketing Manager for commercial negotiations.

• Budget execution — Work within a predefined market budget set by the Influencer Marketing Manager, propose campaign allocations, track committed and actual spend and obtain approval before making commitments.

• CRM ownership — Keep the Monday.com Influencer Pipeline and Collaborations boards accurate and up to date, including contacts, status, deliverables and campaign results.

• Collaboration follow-through — Coordinate campaigns from creator onboarding and briefing through publication, ensuring agreed deliverables and timelines are met.

• Performance reporting — Track campaign performance including views, clicks, registrations, conversions and acquisition costs. Prepare weekly pipeline updates and monthly market reports.

• Market intelligence — Monitor competitor campaigns, creator trends, emerging platforms and rising creators, and identify new opportunities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Professional working proficiency in English in addition to native-level Spanish proficiency.

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, social media or digital marketing, either brand or agency side.

• Experience using CRM or pipeline management tools such as Monday.com, HubSpot, Notion, Airtable or similar.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube analytics and the ability to evaluate creator performance and audience quality.

• Analytical mindset with working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel, KPI tracking and campaign performance metrics.

• Genuine interest in creators, streaming, Web3 or gaming. Experience in gaming or digital entertainment is a strong advantage.

• Organized, proactive, autonomous and persuasive in written communication.
