Global CFO | Relocation to Europe

We are seeking an experienced *Global Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO)* to lead the finance function of a fast-growing, international, multi-entity group.

This is a senior executive leadership role, partnering closely with the CEO and Board to shape financial strategy, drive sustainable growth, strengthen governance, and lead transformation across multiple jurisdictions.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Lead and develop a global finance organisation across multiple countries and business units

* Define and execute the Group’s financial strategy, aligned with long-term growth objectives

* Manage and develop finance leaders across different international locations

* Own budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance management

* Lead capital allocation, treasury, liquidity and working capital optimisation

* Manage banking, financing and other key financial institution relationships

* Oversee consolidated reporting, IFRS, compliance, risk management and internal controls

* Partner with the CEO and Board on strategic decisions, M&A and international expansion

* Lead finance transformation, including *ERP, automation, standardisation and AI initiatives*

* Build a high-performing, accountable and commercially focused global finance function

*Requirements*

* *Progressive finance leadership experience*, including significant experience in a CFO, Group CFO or senior finance leadership role

* Proven experience managing finance leaders and teams across multiple geographies

* Strong track record in financial strategy, budgeting, capital allocation and treasury

* Experience in a complex, multinational and fast-growing organisation

* Strong understanding of IFRS, consolidation and multi-jurisdictional compliance

* Experience working with Boards, Audit Committees and senior stakeholders

* Experience leading ERP, automation and finance transformation projects

* M&A, capital markets or international financing experience is an advantage

* Aviation, logistics, transportation, leasing or similarly complex international industry experience is highly advantageous

* Strong commercial, strategic and analytical mindset

* Excellent English communication skills

* Willingness to relocate to Europe and travel as required
