Project Manager – UAV Systems | Military Aircraft Division

About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Military Aircraft Division and lead large-scale, multidisciplinary UAV programs.

This is a highly impactful role combining technology, project leadership, international customer engagement, business development, and strategic program management in a dynamic defense environment.

What the Role Includes:

• Leading UAV development, systems integration, and integration projects from concept through delivery.
• Managing large-scale development and procurement programs with budgets ranging from tens to hundreds of millions of USD.
• Managing multidisciplinary internal teams, external resources, and subcontractors.
• Leading marketing and business development activities with international customers.
• Managing interfaces and relationships with customers in Israel and abroad.
• Leading and managing RFPs, proposals, and quotation processes.
• Driving project execution while balancing technological, operational, commercial, and customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, or Software Engineering.
• Mandatory: Experience and familiarity with the UAV (UAS) domain.
• Mandatory: Proven experience in project management.
• Mandatory: Experience managing development, systems integration, and integration projects.
• Fluent English – mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects in an international environment.
