Information Technology Business Partner

Tnuva Group is hiring an IT Business Partner – Operations & Manufacturing for its Information Technology Division.

This critical role serves as a bridge between Operations, Plant, and Dairy management and the IT division. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for formulating and leading the business-technological roadmap, supporting SAP, MES, Data & AI solutions, and driving digital transformation on the shop floor of Israel's leading food group.

Responsibilities:

• Driving business partnership with Plant Managers, Dairies, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain leadership.
• Formulating and leading the tech-business roadmap for manufacturing, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and operational readiness.
• Taking ownership of shop-floor technology solutions (direct and matrix management) and aligning them with SAP, Data & AI, Integration, and Infrastructure platforms.
• Leading and supporting implementation, upgrade, and stabilization projects for ERP (SAP) and MES systems across company plants.
• Promoting Data, BI, and AI solutions to enhance decision-making, output control, equipment availability, and operational efficiency.
• Driving standardization and cross-site process improvements across various facilities.
• Managing a professional team, collaborating with global and local vendors, and overseeing budgets.
