Project Manager

Technical Project Manager | Airborne & UAV Systems | Leading Defense Organization

A leading defense organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex multidisciplinary projects involving airborne systems, UAVs, and drones.

This is an end-to-end project leadership role, covering the entire project lifecycle – from requirements and planning through development, system integration, delivery, and customer handover.

What You'll Do

• Lead complex multidisciplinary technology projects end-to-end
• Own projects from requirements definition and planning through integration, delivery, and customer acceptance
• Lead matrix teams across Systems Engineering, Software, Hardware, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement
• Drive the integration of complex systems and airborne platforms
• Manage project tasks, interfaces, milestones, and execution
• Work directly with customers in Israel and abroad
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Travel internationally according to project needs

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience managing complex technology projects – required
• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aeronautical Engineering – required
• Hands-on project experience with airborne systems, UAVs, or drones – required
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and interfaces in a matrix environment
• Strong technical capabilities and system-level understanding of complex systems
• High-level English proficiency – written and spoken
• Willingness to travel internationally as required

Advantage

• Relevant technological military background
• Experience with SIGINT / COMINT
• Knowledge or experience in Signal Processing
• Experience with Radar systems
