Sales & Business Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with quotations, orders, pricing, and customer follow-up

• Manage and monitor sales opportunities, pipelines, and ongoing customer activities

• Coordinate between Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and Product teams

• Maintain accurate customer, product, pricing, and sales data in CRM/ERP systems

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and management dashboards

• Follow up on open orders, delivery schedules, and customer requirements

• Assist in improving Sales Operations processes, workflows, and automation

• Support customer and vendor communication as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Inside Sales, or a similar operational role

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

• Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems

• Excellent English, both written and spoken

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A Strong Advantage:

• Experience or familiarity with the Computing, IT Hardware, Embedded Systems, Electronics, or Technology industries

• Understanding of computer components, industrial computing, embedded solutions, or electronic products

• Experience working with technology vendors, distributors, OEMs, or system integrators

• Experience with SAP Business One and/or Monday.com

• Technical orientation and the ability to quickly understand new technologies and products
