Data Ops Team Lead

We are looking for a Data Ops Team Lead to join our Digital Banking environment and lead data operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What will you do?

• Lead and manage the Data Ops team
• Manage and improve ongoing data operations and processes
• Lead projects from planning through execution
• Manage Production incidents and provide solutions under pressure
• Build and improve processes, drive change and bring new ideas into action
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization
• Manage external vendors and contractors
• Identify challenges, take ownership, and drive solutions forward

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in team management – required
• Previous experience working with Data – required
• Experience managing projects and processes
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage Production incidents
• Strong ability to build processes, create structure and drive change
• Experience working with and managing vendors/contractors
• A proactive, energetic person who takes initiative and gets things moving
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A true team player who enjoys working with different teams and stakeholders
