About the Role

The International Sales Representative role at WIN SOURCE is designed for sales professionals who want to build a long-term career in global B2B business development and electronic component supply chain solutions.

In this role, you will focus on customer development, RFQ and quotation support, opportunity follow-up and customer communication, while helping customers address component availability, lead-time pressure, lifecycle transitions and other supply chain challenges. This position goes beyond selling products; it helps you learn how to understand customer procurement and supply chain needs, and create value through WIN SOURCE’s global sourcing and supply capabilities.

Working closely with WIN SOURCE’s sales, sourcing, logistics and quality teams, you will gradually build practical experience in international customer development, electronic component markets and supply continuity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers across assigned markets.
• Identify potential business opportunities through market research, customer development, industry platforms and consistent follow-up.
• Support the complete sales process, including customer communication, RFQ handling, quotation preparation, order follow-up and delivery coordination.
• Collaborate with internal sourcing, logistics and quality teams to help customers address shortages, lifecycle transitions, EOL risks, lead-time pressure and cost challenges.
• Maintain accurate customer information, opportunity updates, quotation records and CRM data to support long-term customer development.
• Continuously build product knowledge, market awareness and customer communication skills to strengthen sales capability in the electronic components industry.
• Support customer meetings, marketing activities and international exhibitions as needed.

What We Are Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development or related commercial roles, with a proven ability to develop customers and drive business growth.
• Experience in electronic components, semiconductors, electronics distribution, EMS or manufacturing supply chains is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Passion for international sales and business development, with a proactive mindset, strong ownership and the drive to create long-term value in a global environment.
