Help Desk Technician

Comblack is hiring an On-Site Technical Support Specialist & PC Technician for a large and stable enterprise in Jerusalem! 🚀

Provide frontal, hands-on technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues across endpoint devices, execute hardware and software deployments, maintain communication and server rooms, manage IT inventory systems, and deliver technical guidance and user onboarding.

What are we looking for?

• Certified PC Technician credential or higher, with 4+ years of proven experience in technical IT support – Mandatory
• Comprehensive technical proficiency with endpoint hardware & peripherals (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, and Multimedia / AV equipment)
• Expert-level proficiency in Windows OS environments and Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 applications
• High level of technical English proficiency (reading and comprehension)
• Strong customer service orientation, excellent user training skills, high multitasking capabilities, and outstanding team collaboration under pressure
