Senior Manager, Fund Accounting & Financial Reporting

Company Description HYK Ventures is a CPA-led outsourced CFO and family office services firm serving families, founders, and their companies. We provide global balance sheet management, alternative investment tracking, consolidated reporting, and personal P&L statements, working in close partnership with wealth managers across a large, multi-entity bookkeeping structure.

Role Description HYK Ventures is seeking an experienced Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a background in tax or audit within financial services, who is comfortable reading, analyzing, and preparing financial statements across a complex, multi-entity environment. The ideal candidate brings deep technical rigor along with the client-service mindset needed to support high-net-worth families and founders. The experienced Manager will also contribute to process improvement, implement best practices, and provide insight into fund performance and cash flow needs.

Qualifications

• Strong technical proficiency in Fund Accounting, including NAV calculations and capital activity tracking.
• Deep knowledge of Accounting principles and Financial Statements preparation and review.
• Solid background in Finance, with experience in investment structures, cash flow analysis, and performance reporting.
• Experience managing fund audits, regulatory reporting, and working with external administrators or service providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (CPA or equivalent) preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior fund accounting or financial reporting role, ideally within investment funds or family offices.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Effective leadership capabilities, with experience supervising teams and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting and reporting systems, spreadsheets, and other financial tools.
