Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in Tech, Gaming, Startups, or other fast-growing companies. In this role, you will own the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing the offer stage. You will work closely with Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and move recruitment processes forward. The role includes proactively sourcing active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, referrals, and other channels, while managing multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for providing a positive and professional candidate experience, maintaining accurate candidate information in ATS systems, and continuously looking for ways to improve recruitment processes. We are looking for someone with strong sourcing and interviewing skills, the ability to assess candidates’ skills, motivation, cultural fit, and potential, experience working with Hiring Managers and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Bob, and Recruit, excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
