Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) iGaming JB-5473

We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven iGaming leader to join our executive team. This is not a traditional brand-focused CMO position. We need a growth-minded leader who combines deep industry expertise, acquisition excellence, and a strong product orientation to drive business expansion and market presence.

What You'll Do

• Growth & Strategy: Own the overall marketing, growth, and acquisition strategy across international markets, GEOs, and strategic channels.
• Commercial & Performance: Evaluate acquisition performance based on player quality, LTV, profitability, and ROI rather than raw volume.
• GTM & Product Collaboration: Partner closely with Product and Data teams to commercialize new initiatives, align GTM strategies with customer needs, and translate data into growth opportunities.
• Affiliate & Partnerships: Provide strategic oversight on affiliate marketing economics (CPA, RevShare, Hybrids) and represent the company within the global iGaming ecosystem.
• Operational Leadership: Build scalable marketing processes, KPIs, and capabilities to support rapid scaling while continuously monitoring market trends and competitor moves.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Proven senior-level experience (CMO/VP Growth/Commercial) in B2C Online Casino / iGaming.
• Strong background in growth, acquisition channels, and international affiliate network economics.
• Deep understanding of unit economics: CPA, RevShare, FTD/NDC, LTV, and ROI.
• Proven track record of launching, scaling, or commercializing brands, products, or new GEOs.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic commercial decisions.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and capable of driving execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong executive communication skills with an independent, constructive voice.
