Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an RF and Radio Technician for a leading organization in Rosh HaAyin

The role includes installation, operation, and maintenance of radio communication systems, equipment, and infrastructure software across workstations and servers

Responsibilities

Install, operate, and maintain radio communication systems

Install and maintain equipment and infrastructure software on workstations and servers

Provide technical support to users

Perform preventive maintenance

Work with service providers

Take responsibility for a team of technicians

Requirements

More than 4 years of experience operating, implementing, and maintaining computerized systems, including at least 2 years in radio and cellular RF systems operating in VHF, UHF, and 700-800 MHz frequencies is mandatory

More than 2 years of experience working with RF test equipment is mandatory

Experience performing maintenance work on the Nitzan network is an advantage

Experience installing infrastructure software and software packages on workstations and servers

Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware issues

Experience working with Microsoft Office

Valid C1 driving license

Graduate of a technical computing, ground communications, or airborne communications course

Previous experience in a defense organization in communications or radio systems is a significant advantage

Practical Engineering qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Information Systems is a significant advantage
