Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Training and Implementation Specialist for a defense organization in Jerusalem

The role includes training and implementing systems and processes in an advanced technological environment, while leading cross-organizational processes, monitoring and controlling work plans, and initiating and leading organizational projects

The position combines independent work, teamwork, and professional interfaces in the cyber domain, with an emphasis on strong learning capabilities, service orientation, and the ability to work in a challenging and technology-intensive environment

Responsibilities

Train and implement systems and processes

Lead cross-organizational processes

Monitor and control work plans

Initiate and lead organizational projects

Independently lead and execute processes

Work independently and as part of a team

Collaborate with professional interfaces in the cyber domain

Requirements

More than 3 years of experience in implementation

Background in Crypto and OSINT

Proven experience in training or implementation

Ability to manage cross-organizational processes

Ability to monitor and control work plans

Ability to initiate and lead organizational projects

Ability to independently lead and execute processes

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High level of English
