Controller

We're looking for a talented Financial Controller to join our growing Finance team and take part in leading complex financial and reporting processes across the group.

• Responsible for a portfolio of companies and funds within the group.
• Ongoing collaboration with alternative fund managers, trustees, auditors, and tax authorities.
• Preparation of periodic reports and fund reporting packages.
• Responsibility for the bookkeeping and accounting activities of several group companies.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Consolidation of financial statements.
• Performance of monthly controls and analytical reviews.
• Handling local and international tax matters.
• Participation in and leadership of cross-functional projects within the Finance Department.

Requirements:

• CPA certification required.
• Completion of internship (articles) at one of the Big 5 accounting firms.
• At least 3 years of post-internship experience in financial services companies or large organizations.
• Proven end-to-end consolidation experience, mandatory.
• Familiarity with international tax matters, foreign funds, and foreign investors.
• High level of English, including the ability to conduct professional business conversations.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
