Global Mobility and Immigration Coordinator

This is a full-time, on-site role in Tel Aviv.

As our Global Mobility and Immigration Coordinator, you will serve as the mission-critical bridge between our team, leadership, and our external US immigration counsel. We are scaling rapidly and relocating key engineering and cybersecurity talent to the United States under specialized visa categories (e.g., O-1, L-1, EB-1/EB-2 NIW).

This role requires a rare combination of meticulous project coordination, exceptional narrative writing ability, and the hustle of a fast-paced startup operator. You will be responsible for gathering complex technical evidence from our engineers, writing high-quality professional articles and petition materials, and driving visa applications across the finish line with zero friction.

What You’ll Do

• Case Management & Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between relocated employees, external immigration attorneys, and company leadership to manage the end-to-end visa application lifecycle.

• Technical & Narrative Content Writing: Ghostwrite, edit, and coordinate technical articles, media placements, white papers, and expert recommendation letters to satisfy specialized US visa criteria (e.g., establishing extraordinary ability or specialized knowledge).

• Document & Evidence Gathering: Work directly with cybersecurity researchers, engineers, and executives to extract and synthesize project milestones, patents, media coverage, speaking engagements, and credentials.

• Process Tracking & Reporting: Build and maintain structured trackers to ensure all paperwork, deadlines, and filings progress on schedule without bottlenecks.

• Employee Experience: Serve as the trusted, empathetic point of contact for relocating employees and their families, keeping them informed, calm, and prepared at every step of the process.

Who You Are

• Native or Bilingual English Fluency: Exceptional verbal communication and high-caliber long-form writing skills. You can translate complex, deep-tech cybersecurity concepts into compelling, professional prose.

• Sharp & Intellectually Curious: You grasp complex legal frameworks and technical cybersecurity terminology quickly, without needing hand-holding.

• Obsessive Attention to Detail: You double-check dates, references, and exhibits. You spot missing documents and formatting discrepancies instantly.

• High Ownership & Energy: You thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced startup culture. When you hit a roadblock, you proactively find a workaround.

• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: You are comfortable interfacing with high-level immigration attorneys, demanding executives, and busy technical leads with equal poise and persistence.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working directly with US business immigration attorneys (familiarity with O-1A, L-1A/B, H-1B, or EB-1 petitions).

• Background in journalism, professional writing, communications, legal operations, or paralegal work.

• Prior experience working in a high-growth tech or cybersecurity startup.
