Junior CPA – Commercial Broker

A fast-growing, dynamic financial firm is looking for an ambitious and analytical Junior CPA to join their team and evolve into a full Commercial Broker role.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an early-career CPA eager to transition from traditional accounting into a commercial, deal-making, client-facing environment that combines financial expertise with business development and relationship management.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will leverage your financial and analytical foundation to support transactions, evaluate market opportunities, build partner relationships, and gradually take ownership of end-to-end deal execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and facilitate brokerage operations, financial transactions, and deal pipelines.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, market research, and evaluate commercial opportunities.
• Build, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key market stakeholders.
• Assist in negotiations and commercial workflows from initial lead through transaction closing.
• Prepare comprehensive financial models, valuation analyses, reports, and client presentations.
• Identify new market trends, strategic opportunities, and prospective clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal finance, legal, and executive teams.
• Gradually assume full ownership of client portfolios and deal closings.

Requirements:

• Education & Certification: CPA qualification (Certified Public Accountant) – Required.
• Experience: 0–3 years of professional financial/accounting experience (Graduates of Big 4 / audit firms are highly welcome).
• Analytical Skills: Strong financial modeling, analytical thinking, and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Mindset: Strong commercial orientation, high business acumen, and a genuine passion for deal-making and brokerage.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation capabilities.
• Language Skills: High proficiency / Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Drive: Self-starter with high initiative, hunger for success, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
