Airobotics is a leading company specializing in the development and manufacturing of autonomous drone systems. Its solutions combine hardware, software, and AI-driven technologies to support complex, large-scale operations. Airobotics works primarily with defense industries, such as military and law enforcement agencies worldwide. The company is part of Ondas Holdings and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary.

Airobotics is seeking an experienced Buyer to join our procurement team. This role involves supplier sourcing, negotiations, contract management, and ensuring availability and on-time delivery in a dynamic environment with advanced products in development and production.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes
• Create and track purchase orders
• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers (local and international)
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Work cross-functionally with Planning, Logistics, R&D, Engineering, Finance, and Sales teams
  
  

• Maximum 2 years of experience as a Buyer / Procurement Specialist (strong advantage for electronics/components procurement)
• Ability to lead processes independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proven experience in supplier negotiations and contract management
• Experience in global procurement – advantage
• Experience working with subcontractors – advantage
• Experience with ERP systems – advantage (especially Oracle NetSuite); strong Excel skills
• Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Relevant academic degree
• Full-time, on-site position in Petah Tikva (non-hybrid)
