Senior Product Manager

About The Role

We're seeking a tech-savvy Senior Product Manager to own one of our product domains, a core area of the Apono platform with its own cross-functional squad, shaping how organizations grant, control, and prove access across their cloud environments.

You will set its direction and ship against it continuously, turning complex access and security challenges into products people enjoy using, and working directly with customers and prospects to make sure you are solving the right problems.

Responsibilities

• Own a product domain end to end: set the vision, strategy, and roadmap, and lead a cross-functional squad that ships and iterates continuously.
• Set the direction for how AI shows up in your domain: where it creates real customer value, the quality and trust bar it must meet, and how it sharpens your own craft.
• Decide what gets built, then get it built: prioritize from customer feedback, data, and market input, then turn those into clear requirements, a sequenced backlog, and the trade-offs with engineering that keep each sprint delivering.
• Partner closely with Product Design to turn complex challenges into intuitive experiences that drive adoption.
• Meet enterprise-grade security and compliance standards without slowing developers down.
• Measure what you ship: define success metrics and use product analytics to judge impact, adoption, and customer value.
• Take your product to market: land launches with customer success and marketing, drive adoption, and act as its evangelist inside and out.
  
  

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, building technical products for technical users (developers, DevOps, IT, or security), including at least one startup.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered capabilities, and genuine curiosity about where the technology is heading and what it changes about how products get built.
• Data-driven and close to your users: you define success metrics, work with product analytics, and stay in regular direct contact with users and with design.
• Strong technical foundation: comfortable with cloud environments, APIs, and modern SaaS architectures, and able to hold your own in a design discussion with engineers.
• A bias for shipping: continuous, incremental delivery alongside developers in Agile teams, and comfort cutting scope to keep momentum.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence without direct authority. Fluent English, written and spoken.
• An advantage: background in security, identity and access management, cloud infrastructure, DevOps tooling, or enterprise compliance.
