TLV Business Academy is looking for practical business instructors & operators in Tel Aviv.

We're growing our instructor bench for our live workshops and hands-on BUILD programs — and we're specifically looking for people who have actually built, operated, marketed or grown businesses.

This is not a search for motivational speakers, life coaches, spiritual lecturers or general inspirational speakers.

Our participants come to TLVBA to learn practical skills and work on real businesses. We therefore want instructors who can teach from direct experience, show real examples, diagnose problems live, answer difficult questions and help founders make better decisions.

We're particularly interested in people with deep experience in:

• Business building / entrepreneurship

Who we're looking for:

You have meaningful hands-on experience doing what you teach.

You can explain complicated ideas simply.

You are comfortable working interactively rather than giving a 90-minute monologue.

You are willing to analyze attendees' real businesses, offers, websites, ads and numbers.

You care more about whether participants can apply what you teach than whether the presentation sounds impressive.

Bonus if you've founded, scaled, exited or operated a company yourself.

TLVBA runs practical workshops in Tel Aviv and is building specialized programs where participants work on their actual businesses with experienced operators around them.

We are looking for:

Lead instructors, specialist instructors, workshop speakers and BUILD program experts.

English and/or Hebrew are both relevant.

This can start on a flexible / workshop basis and grow into a larger role for the right people.

Role Description This is an on-site contract role for Business Instructors (Ecommerce/Marketing/Strategy) located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. Instructors will plan, deliver, and facilitate classroom sessions and workshops in their area of expertise, using a mix of lectures, discussions, and practical exercises. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and updating course curricula, preparing teaching materials, assessing learner performance, and providing constructive feedback and coaching. The role also involves collaborating with the academy team to align content with market needs, participating in internal meetings, and contributing to program improvements. Instructors are expected to maintain a professional learning environment and support learners with guidance on applying concepts to real business situations.
