What you’ll do

You'll own everything about how a loan moves through our platform: from the moment a business applies, through every step and decision a lender takes to move it forward, to closing. That means both sides of it: what the borrower sees and does, and what every lender involved sees, reviews, and decides.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role. You'll work directly under the CTO, and we're looking for someone who can take a rough problem all the way through to a shipped, working feature.

Responsibilities

• Own the loan flow end to end, across every lender role involved and the borrower experience: sharpen the problem, write the spec, get it built, and make sure it works as intended
• Work directly with bank partners and our Customer Success team to understand how lenders actually work and where their biggest challenges are
• Keep the roadmap moving: prioritize work, manage requests and timelines, and find creative solutions to unblock engineering when needed
• Collaborate with our design team to create intuitive flows that lenders and borrowers will enjoy using every day

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a product manager in B2B SaaS company
• Precise written communication: you can turn complex product requirements into clear, actionable specs
• Comfort working in structured, detail-heavy domains: data models, business rules, workflows, and edge cases. You should find this kind of complexity satisfying, not draining
• Strong execution and organization: you can manage multiple workstreams at once, make tradeoffs, and still hit deadlines
• Professional fluency in spoken and written English. Native-level English is preferred. Hebrew is a plus.
• Comfortable working directly with US-based customers across time zones

You’ll stand out if you have

• Experience in lending, credit, banking, or fintech, or any regulated, workflow-heavy domain
• Experience building enterprise products that admins can easily tailor to fit their own workflows
