- Assistant Controller – Public Real Estate Company
- A publicly traded real estate company is seeking a motivated and professional Assistant Controller to join its finance team.
- Position Responsibilities:
- • Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Securities Authority regulations
- • Preparation of annual tax returns
- • Ongoing support of the accounting department
- • Implementation and maintenance of ISOX controls
- • Ongoing handling of accounting and reporting matters
- • Continuous work and coordination with external auditors
- Position Details:
- • Full-time position
- Requirements:
- • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory
- • Internship at one of the BIG 4 accounting firms – advantage
- • Experience in the real estate sector – advantage
- • High level of proficiency in Excel – mandatory
- • Strong interpersonal skills, high analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
