General Manager - B2B Marketplace

Keshet is looking for a General Manager to build, manage, and operate a new international B2B Marketplace platform.

This is a strategic build-from-scratch role, with end-to-end responsibility for shaping the platform from its earliest stages, defining user needs and business requirements, building core workflows, managing marketplace operations, and driving growth across international markets.

The role is designed for an experienced Product professional with deep expertise in B2B marketplaces, digital platforms, multi-sided products, and scaling platform-based businesses.

Sitting at the intersection of Product, Operations, Data, Business, and Go-to-Market, this role requires the ability to build a new activity from the ground up, translate business needs into a working digital product, and lead an international platform through launch, operation, and growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the buildout of an international B2B Marketplace platform, from initial product definition through launch and ongoing operation
• Define the product vision, platform structure, user journeys, onboarding flows, and core marketplace workflows
• Map the needs of the different marketplace participants and translate them into product, operational, and business requirements
• Build and manage the Product Roadmap, prioritizing developments, adaptations, and improvements based on business value, user experience, and platform goals
• Evaluate, select, and implement the right technological infrastructure to support the platform
• Manage the ongoing platform activity, including workflows, data, measurement, performance improvement, user experience, service, and operations
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and success metrics for the marketplace activity
• Work closely with business, technology, legal, finance, and operations stakeholders, both within and outside the organization
• Lead continuous improvement processes based on data, user feedback, business needs, and market evolution
• Build the operational infrastructure required to support growth, expansion into additional markets, and increased platform activity over time

What We’re Looking For

• Significant experience in product management, building, or leading B2B Marketplace platforms — a must
• Deep understanding of multi-sided products, including connecting different user groups, creating value for each side, managing supply and demand, matching processes, conversion, and retention
• Experience leading a Product Roadmap, defining user journeys, prioritizing features, and working closely with development, design, data, and operations teams
• Ability to translate business needs into a clear, measurable, and executable digital product
• Experience building workflows for digital platforms, including onboarding, user management, reporting, search, matching, or similar processes
• Experience working with data, product metrics, analytics, and dashboards to support decision-making and continuous improvement
• Strong operational orientation and the ability to build work infrastructure, processes, and management routines from scratch
• Solid business understanding and the ability to work closely with commercial stakeholders
• Experience building a product, activity, or digital platform from scratch — a significant advantage
• Experience working in an international environment or building a global activity — a significant advantage
• Excellent English — a must
