Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for appointment as Associate Professor in the Business School, GCTU.

The Ghana Communication Technology University — GCTU (formerly Ghana Technology University College — GTUC), is now a full-fledged public University, established by the Ghana Communication Technology University Act 2020 (Act 1022). GCTU is a technology-oriented institution with the mandate to provide higher education in Information and Communication Technology. The University, which is located in Tesano, Accra-Ghana, offers an enabling environment and culture conducive for teaching, learning, research, and promotes faculty development and academic success.

• Department of Management and Human Resource
• Department of Accounting, Banking and Finance
• Department of Economics
• Department of Marketing

• Must possess a Ph.D. in the relevant area of specialization.
• Must have been appointed as an Associate Professor by a recognized university with comparable conditions for appointment/promotion as those of GCTU. The conditions of GCTU include a minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Senior Lecturer and at least ten (10) publications in recognized journals; OR
• A Senior Lecturer seeking appointment to the rank of Associate Professor will first be appointed as a Senior Lecturer to undergo the University's promotion process.
