Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, offering Supervisor and Specialist positions in Public Relations, Business Intelligence, IT, Procurement, Road Safety, and Maintenance Planning for Cambodian nationals. Depending on assignment, team members may develop and implement communication and public relations activities, manage media engagement, and prepare press releases to support the company’s brand and stakeholder relationships. Business Intelligence and IT specialists may collect, analyze, and report operational data, maintain systems and applications, and support digital tools that enhance efficiency and decision-making. Procurement specialists may manage sourcing, vendor relationships, and contract administration, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services. Road Safety and Maintenance Planners may coordinate safety programs, monitor compliance, plan maintenance schedules, and work with cross-functional teams to improve plant reliability and workplace safety.
