About The Role

The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.

We're looking for an experienced Corporate Governance Counsel to establish our corporate governance framework to support expansion initiatives. You'll provide corporate and regulatory advice and respond to high-priority, complex topics.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drafting company policies and corporate governance frameworks
• Supporting the Legal team with regulatory filings, governance tasks, and business initiatives
• Advising on regulatory and commercial questions
• Assisting with licensing applications
• Leading document management and other administrative tasks
• Documenting legal know-how and assisting with internal knowledge sharing
  
  

What You'll Need

• To be a qualified lawyer
• 4+ years of post-qualification legal experience in a law firm or in-house environment in relevant industries, such as banking or fintech
• Fluency in English and Hebrew with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence managing high volumes of legal documentation
• An interest in using technology to improve legal processes
• Demonstrated independence, initiative, and sound decision-making
• A proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent organisational skills and capacity to manage multiple projects under pressure
• A willingness to take ownership, learn quickly, and get hands-on when needed
