Product Operations Lead

We're looking for a Product Operations Lead to join our Delivery Excellence group within the Technology Division.

In this role, you'll drive the rollout and adoption of product methodologies, frameworks, and ways of working across our product organization - bridging the gap between strategy and day-to-day execution for product teams.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the rollout and implementation of methodologies, frameworks, and workflows across the product organization.
• Guide product managers and drive adoption of new ways of working, tools, and capabilities.
• Support the implementation of AI tools and solutions that enhance product work.
• Improve the quality of deliverables, workflows, and decision-making processes.
• Connect Product Excellence strategy to the daily work of product teams.
• Identify organizational and operational blockers, and lead solutions to improve effectiveness and adoption.
• Work closely with product managers, team leads and senior stakeholders across the organization.
• Lead workshops, enablement sessions, and cross-organizational change processes.
• Gather feedback from the field and drive continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations or Product Excellence.
• Proven experience managing product managers, driving excellence among product managers or improving processes for product managers - required.
• Deep understanding of product methodologies and Product Discovery & Delivery processes.
• Ability to lead cross-organizational processes without direct authority.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive approach, independence, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
• Significant advantage: experience leading organizational change and/or enablement initiatives.
