Reliability Engineer

Reliability Engineer | Leading Defense Organization | Shfela Area

A leading defense organization in the Shfela Area is looking for a Reliability Engineer to join multidisciplinary projects involving advanced systems deployed across land, sea, air, and space platforms worldwide.

The role combines Reliability and Quality Engineering throughout the entire project lifecycle and includes working with complex radar, communication, and robotics systems, while collaborating closely with Engineering teams, business units, subcontractors, and customers.

What You'll Do

• Lead Reliability and Quality Engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Define and implement reliability and quality requirements for complex systems and components
• Define environmental requirements and support qualification processes
• Manage quality, reliability, and safety risks
• Develop test and experiment execution plans
• Perform statistical analyses and reliability calculations
• Conduct Reliability, Maintainability, Testability, and Safety analyses
• Analyze field reliability data and system performance
• Participate in internal and external design reviews
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to customers
• Collaborate with Engineering teams, business units, subcontractors, and customers
• Support projects from development and testing through acceptance, delivery, and post-delivery activities

What We're Looking For

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics – required
• Knowledge and experience in developing test and experiment plans – required
• Strong analytical and technical capabilities – required
• Ability to quickly read and understand technical standards, contracts, and technical documentation in English – required
• Good written and spoken English – required
• Strong technical and system-level understanding
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
• Willingness to travel abroad when required
