We are looking for an IT Procurement Specialist to join the Technology Procurement team. This is a key role with end-to-end responsibility for technology procurement processes and strategic engagements with local and international IT vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes across software, hardware, information systems, cloud services, and telecommunications.
• Independently lead strategic engagements and core agreements with local and international IT vendors.
• Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations, including proposal analysis, alternatives comparison, negotiation strategy, risk identification, and securing optimal commercial terms.
• Lead IT contractual engagements in collaboration with Legal, Regulatory, Information Security, Finance, and business stakeholders.
• Manage and monitor procurement processes in accordance with budgets, organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and business timelines.
• Work closely with managers and internal stakeholders, translating business and technological needs into viable procurement and contractual solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in procurement processes, including prioritization, standardization, and strengthening controls and measurement capabilities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT procurement, with an emphasis on software, hardware, telecommunications, technology services, and cloud solutions.
• Proven experience leading complex and material agreements with local and global vendors, including significant commercial responsibility.
• Proven experience managing complex commercial negotiations, including close collaboration with Legal and control functions through contract execution.
• Understanding of software licensing models, SaaS, On-Premises, and other technology procurement models.
• Fluent English – written and spoken.
