The company the official and exclusive importer and distributor for beloved international manufacturers such as Loacker, Ritter Sport, Hershey’s, Mentos, and Werther’s Original, among others and serves both private and institutional markets across Israel, with a tailored distribution system that reaches major points of sale and secondary markets.

We're looking for a Supply Planner to join our Planning & Import team — responsible for translating demand forecasts into supply orders, while maintaining optimal inventory levels and maximum product availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Build supply plans based on existing demand forecasts
• Issue purchase orders in line with the supply plan
• Monitor and analyze forecasts: identify exceptions, gaps, and required adjustments
• Provide professional recommendations to improve forecast accuracy, in collaboration with Marketing
• Track inventory levels daily, analyze trends, and flag shortages or excess stock
• Handle supply and inventory issues in real time
• Update and generate orders as needed, coordinating with relevant stakeholders
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Logistics, Sales, and Operations
• Maintain ongoing contact with international suppliers to manage processes and resolve issues

Requirements

• 2–3+ years in a similar role — experience in a retail/FMCG environment is a strong advantage
• Advanced Excel skills — required
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills and systems thinking
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in parallel
• Excellent English — reading, writing, and speaking
• Service orientation, strong communication and teamwork across multiple interfaces
• Precision, orderliness, and attention to detail
• Ability to handle change and work under pressure
• BA in Logistics / Industrial Engineering & Management / Economics
